Every project ends with a full property sweep: magnetic nail rollers across the yard and driveway, gutters cleared of granule buildup, landscaping checked for debris, and walkways left cleaner than we found them. We do not consider a project complete until the property reflects the same care that went into the installation itself.

The whole crew at MN10K are fantastic, in particular JJ and Jesus who went above and beyond in my roofing project. I had hail damage and had the standard handful of crews come out wanting to quote the job. I got into it, and insurance ended up denying my claim without actually getting on my roof. The other roofing crew were supposed to come back and help push it through but never did. Jesus ended up coming out and I filled him in on our situation, and they went forward with a fantastic documentation package that I sent to our insurance provider. Standard practice is that my insurance would need good documentation to justify a re-inspection. They ended up being good enough that they approved the job over email and without inspection.
They did such a great job on our roof! I was so happy with their services. They completed a huge job in a day and half and the yard was left spotless. The roof looks beautiful and makes such a difference in our curb appeal. JJ Arellano was such a help. He was super communicative, helped with all my insurance needs and was really invested in giving us the best possible product. Will definitely use them again when we need a new roof in 30+ years!!!
Jesus and his crew are go getters and true professionals. They fixed my downspout issue fast and went out of their way to help us. Very kind people who seem to really know what they’re doing when it comes to roofing. We will be hiring them again in the future. Strongly recommend.
